100% of our products are guaranteed without any limitation of time.
We do not offer refunds for products. However, we are committed to resolving such issues to your satisfaction. Whatever the issue may be, our team will make sure the broken part of your product will be replaced.
2. Replacement and Resolution
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if a part is broken, we offer the following options:
- Product Replacement: If the issue is fixable, we will provide a replacement for the same product after you send it back to us.
- Similar Product Replacement: If the product is not fixable, we will replace it with a similar product from our collection.
- Voucher: In the event that we no longer offer the same product, we will provide you with a voucher equivalent to the value of the original purchase.

5. Shipping Charges
- If the issue is related to manufacturing, we will cover the charges for shipping both ways.
- If the product was broken by the customer, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges to send the product back to our workshop.

We strive to address refund and replacement requests promptly. The processing time may vary based on the nature of the issue. Our team will keep you informed about the progress of your request.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that digital products and services, as well as products that have been customized or altered by the customer, are non-refundable.
