Welcome to Doon ! We're excited to deliver our quality textile-based products made by hand in Siem Reap by Cambodian women. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Shipping Locations
We proudly offer shipping to various locations in South East Asia. For our customers in Siem Reap, we provide free delivery. For orders to be delivered to Phnom Penh and other cities or regions in Cambodia, additional fees will be applied based on the city and the size of the order. Additionally, we offer shipping to other countries in South East Asia, with delivery fees to be covered by the customer.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package, as well as the destination. This ensures a fair and accurate calculation for each order.
3. Delivery Information
Our trusted delivery partners will provide you with all the necessary shipment information, including tracking numbers and estimated delivery dates. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your order throughout the shipping process.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that a package is lost during transit, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will arrange for a replacement package to be sent to you. Similarly, if a package arrives damaged, we will take the necessary steps to repair or replace the damaged items. Our commitment to minimizing ecological impact is reflected in our approach to resolving these issues.
5. Customs and Taxes
For shipments to countries other than Cambodia, please be aware that taxes and custom duties may apply. Any applicable fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for more information about potential fees.
6. Returns and Exchanges
If you need to initiate a return or exchange, we're here to help. If the issue is due to our responsibility, we will cover the fees associated with the return or exchange. However, if the issue involves a product that was damaged or broken by the customer, the return or exchange fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
